You will support the Team Leader in the achievement of shift/weekly targets through motivation and effective management of team members



  • Assist the team leader in controlling and allocating work across the team
  • Manage team members when required, maintaining a high standard of communication through team briefings, consultation, review and one-to-one meetings
  • Act as Team Leader when required and monitor staff performance and follow the established reporting procedures in the absence of the Team Leader
  • Ensure the Company Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members
  • Ensure that work within the team is carried out accurately and the best possible service is given to Burberry customers at all times
  • Maintain the security of stock through the appropriate systems and procedures
  • Work co-operatively with others, creating and maintaining team spirit / morale within the organisation to achieve a common goal
  • Ensure that departmental housekeeping is maintained at all times
  • Role model the Company values and support corporate and warehouse policies and objectives
  • Actively participate and progress A3/LEAN improvements put forward, benefitting the site


  • Experience of working within a high volume / high value warehouse environment.
