The role involves working with young people who have offended, courts, undertaking risk assessments, report writing and working closely with partner agencies, so experience in these areas is important. There is currently a vacancy for a full time, permanent YJS officer post based in Huntingdon. The post is based in Scott House, Huntingdon though it is anticipated that at least half the time will be working from home or in the community.
