We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Senior Sales Coordinator Venues to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

The role requires someone who is outgoing and enthusiastic with a vibrant personality who has the drive to succeed and the ability to maximise the meetings and events revenue potential in the venue.
The successful candidate will be required to process sales enquiries for the location and to actively work as part of the local and national sales team to increase and enhance revenues. Proactively selling the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
Focus on increasing sales in all market segments. To ensure all sales administration is accomplished effectively & accurate in order to provide a seamless handover to the operations team.
The success of this role is measured by the achievement of set KPIs and revenue targets.
We are looking for a good level of education including a GCSE in Maths & English and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer literate and confident in MS Excel; Word and Outlook and the use of a software such as Delphi would be advantageous. Having a background within a hotel, venue or MICE agency would be useful and a passion for hospitality, sales and customer service is essential.
You should be able to communicate at all levels, be a self-starter with drive and ambition with the ability to work to strict pressured deadlines. Being motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery with a “can-do” attitude will stand you in excellent stead to be a fantastic ambassador for the venue and Lime Venue Portfolio brand
