As a Senior Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for leading a design team on project delivery through all stages of a project. You will be expected to lead on the delivery of a varied scale of projects and communicate directly with the client and the entire project team. You should have excellent design and technical skills and all-round project knowledge.
About You
- Degree in Architectural Technology BSc(Hons) or a relevant HNC/HND qualification or working towards MCIAT membership
- Proficient at Revit
- Relevant experience within a similar role/leading a technical team
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Experience using NBS Chorus
- NEC and JCT contract awareness
- Strong team leading capability
