Salary: £21,529 + Allowances (£2842 COT Allowance and £2387 Shift Allowance)

As Deputy shift leader you will be working a 12 hour shift pattern on a four on four off basis both Day & Night shift. You will operate as a security officer and carry out tasks as requested by senior members of security. To operate individually on own initiative and or as part of a security team When acting as Security Shift leader to take responsibility for a team of security officers on a nominated 12 hour shift, Day & or Night shift To make decisions regarding any action that is required to ensure the protection and support of Newcastle College staff, students, estates and visitors.
