Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for a Risk Business Partner to join our fantastic Governance Team as an objective and independent adviser providing operational advice and guidance on risk management.
Your initial focus will be to work closely with the Development team, risk assess new schemes for the development of our new homes so if you have knowledge of housing or house building that will certainly help you hit the ground running.
You’ll find with us the perfect platform to showcase your background in risk management. You’ll need that strong auditing mindset of yours as well as your problem solving skills and attention to detail too!
You’ll be a great communicator across all business levels with the ability to produce and present clear reports, along with your great people skills you’ll be comfortable getting your message across.

- With the guidance from the Assurance and Compliance Manager you will act as the lead for risk management business partnering across all teams and services
- Work with the Development team to risk assess new schemes for the development of new homes
- Continue to grow and develop a risk aware culture within the Group that supports managed risk taking
