You will be part of Internal manufacturing Quality team engaged in delivering the highest standard of product to our customers, to protect product standards and strive for continuous improvements in methods/ways of working directed at adding maximum value with minimum cost


  • To visit off site facilities as and when appropriate to monitor and support Quality operations – Hubs, Outworkers, HFH (Horseferry House) Quality group
  • To manage the PQC team ensuring core competencies are developed across the manufacturing lines
  • QC (Quality Check) Auditing skills and Technical knowledge
  • To ensure appropriate QC standards are set and maintained in all inspection operations to target a “right first time” quality goal
  • To effectively manage and develop the team performance, maintaining a high standard of communication through team briefing, consultation, employee reviews and one to one conversation
  • Promote SWAT Quality team activity within the final inspection of product
  • TOP sample introduction and monitoring through the Pilot Process to HFH TOP approval
  • Work with the Quality Analyst on quality reports and smart reporting tools/methodology
  • Liaise with the Technical and Department to identify the required standard for each product
  • In conjunction with Senior Manager, ensure that inferior performance is addressed, handle grievances and discipline within the parameters of company procedure

  • Garment manufacturing Knowledge
