Bletchley Park is a 38-week specialist school providing quality therapeutic care and education for young people with Autism, challenging behaviour, communication difficulties and complex needs. The children and young people that attend school range between the ages of 7 – 19 years.
As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager in resolving any Site maintenance concerns promptly. This is accomplished by having a working knowledge of building systems and related regulatory requirements. These systems include but are not exclusive to: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, emergency systems, equipment repairs, interior/exterior finishes and Periodic testing including, weekly fire alarm call point tests, water temperature tests, emergency lighting tests, fire door checks, ladder checks and equipment condition checks.
