Sensory Support Team 0-25yrs Cambridgeshire

Lead Teacher of Deaf children/young people 1.0FTE

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and inspiring people to join our team. You will need to be prepared to learn new skills, working both independently and with colleagues in the Sensory Support Team, as well as mainstream school staff. You will be part of the Senior Management Team within Sensory Support and unless you already hold the mandatory qualification for working with Deaf children/young people you will need to be prepared to undertake a two year part time course (all fees paid).

As part of the interview process you will be asked to deliver a 20 minute session on developing a new strategy based on data to be provided two weeks prior to the interview.

Your new salary will be on Teachers Main/Upper Pay Range

plus SEN1/2 (depending on qualifications) £2,384

plus TLR 2.2 £5,158
