社員の勤怠管理や入退社手続きなどの、人事労務・給与計算・総務業務などの人事労務全般をお任せします。

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 入退社手続き、労働保険・社会保険手続き等
  • 人事システムへの社員情報登録
  • 給与処理サポート年末調整
  • 源泉徴収票等の各種書類、証明書の発行
  • 社員からの労務に関する相談窓口
  • 健康診断の手配等の福利厚生管理
  • トレーニング開催準備
  • D&I行動サポート
  • 新入社員オンボーディング準備
  • 部内翻訳サポート(英語)

PERSONAL PROFILE

【必須】

  • 英語ビジネスレベル
  • ワード・エクセル・パワーポイント使用の実務経験のある方
  • 個人情報などの守秘義務を徹底できる方

【歓迎】

  • マルチタスクを、スピード感を持って対応できる方
  • 社内・社外含め、交渉・コミュニケーション能力のある方
  • ファッション業界、小売業界での人事・PR・マーケティングなどの実務経験
