We’re recruiting an enthusiastic Hospitality Personnel who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class guest services for the Venues Collection on a full time basis

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up event spaces with tables, chairs, water and stationary in line with brand standards and client requests
  • Clear down our conference & event rooms following an event, ensuring all property is returned accordingly
  • Setting up AV and IT equipment for events and providing technical assistance to our delegates as and when required. All necessary training will be provided.
  • Deliver refreshments and lunches into meeting spaces, and assisting with the setting and serving of private dinners
  • Oversee 2 café areas, ensuring they are stocked, presentable and welcoming at all times in line with company standards
  • Work collaboratively as a team with our and all other hotel departments. This will aid your development within the hotel and progression within the business
  • Ensuring all our visitors feel welcome and receive the best customer service during their time at the venue.
