About the role
This is an exciting new role which sits at the heart of Cambridgeshire County Council providing with leadership for the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective Executive Support Service to our leadership teams and across the organisation.
We have a new leadership team, all committed to making a difference to the lives of people of Cambridgeshire – and your part in this will be key, managing a team to produce the best possible outcomes, and implementing new processes and ideas to support our wider corporate objectives.

About you
You will have a good understanding of what it takes to deliver high quality executive support functions and be confident in using ICT solutions to drive service improvement and delivery.
Great communications skills will be essential, and you will need to be able to build credible relationships across the Council, including with our elected members.
Not least, this role demands good problem solving skills and a “can do” attitude.
