The eMar & Systems Implementation Officer Developer role is a new post to implement digital transformation projects, including e-care planning, time and attendance system, maintenance management platform & others. Ensuring that new and existing systems are fully integrated, adopted and maintained into the future.
Reporting to the head of system implementation, you will be a key member of the team working closely with implementation leads, operations, the L&D team and subject matter experts. As the eMAR & Systems Implementation Officer you will be a key member of our technology team. Your expertise will ensure the efficient implementation, user training, and ongoing support of these systems, contributing to improved healthcare delivery, data accuracy, and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) and other systems implementations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies.
System Integration and Configuration:
- Collaborate with the Quality Team & Operations to ensure seamless integration of eMAR and other systems with existing healthcare technologies.
- Configure system settings, user permissions, and workflow processes to align with organisational requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and third-party partners involved in system implementations.
- Foster strong relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the implementation process
