About the Service/Department
We’re looking for a Digital Content & Engagement Manager to join our high performing digital experience team. You’ll play a key role in delivering our ambitious digital strategy, creating, and delivering the content and communications that will make a real difference for the service users we support.

About the role

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a high priority project for the organisation, leading on the content strategy and development of a online mental health and wellbeing platform for our service users. You’ll also work across the organisation, leading the digital communication approach for our service users.

We offer the opportunity to work on digital comms and content that will make a real difference. Your content could reach a survivor of domestic abuse or someone struggling to cope with their mental health.

Some other main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Sourcing content from teams across the organisation, and distributing through web, social media, and email channels
  • Leading the approach to gathering and maintaining communication consent options for our service users
  • Adapting content and communications to suit service users with specific needs

About you

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to find the best way to connect with people and find the message that will resonate
  • Strong writing skills: You’ll be a strong writer, specifically for online formats
  • Confident collaborator: Confident leading collaboration sessions, whether through workshops, presentations or working groups
  • Excellent attention to detail: You’ll be the person that notices the small details that other people may have missed
  • Results orientated: You thrive of getting results from your work, testing and learning as you go
