We are looking for a Commercial Lead Generator within our team at EMR. If you have previous experience of making outbound calls to active/ lapsed customers and communicating leads from customers to relevant teams for follow up then we would love to hear from you. 

 

Your role will be to drive new business initiatives to targeted industry sectors

You will effectively engage and educate customers on EMR’s offering

Your role will involve making outbound calls (warm & cold) to targeted & qualified contacts daily

You will be able to Identifying key leads, following-up and passing these on within the commercial team for follow-up

You will be a key team player helping with a level of holiday cover for customer service administrators and commercial administrators

Use of CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer contact by updating, qualifying & re-qualifying existing data

Do you have good listening, written and verbal communication skills (essential)

Are you experienced in making successful targeted outbound sales calls to warm and cold customers

Do you have previous experience of working in a busy office environment

Have you had previous working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook & CRM systems

Hours per week: 25- 45
