Working within Skipton Building Society’s People Function, this exciting new role is part of our People Operations team.
You will work as a key HRIS/People System Analyst for our Workday HCM system.
What you'll be doing
As part of a small team you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and continuous improvement of our People System, Workday.
You’ll provide ongoing assurance that our People Core Systems remain secure and aligned to our data policies.
You’ll play an important role in embedding Workday to make sure it is fit for purpose, and provides an outstanding colleague experience.
You’ll have a key role in supporting upgrades and enhancements to the system, testing, and implementing important integrations.
You’ll provide troubleshooting and problem analysis and act as a technical lead on new system deployments or system changes.

What you'll bring
- Experience of working as an HRIS analyst of Workday or similar, relevant people systems.
- Experience of working with and managing security configurations.
- Experience of information security best practice, administration and maintaining data integrity.
- Experience of delivering continuous improvement to people systems.
- Experience of building and developing credibility with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
