Salary: £43478 – £50573 – including £3000 retention payment (payable on completing 12 months service)

We are on the lookout for exceptional Advanced Social Workers (Advanced Practitioners) who share our commitment to providing the best possible support to our Children, Young People and Families. 

As an Advanced Social Worker, you will take on a portfolio of intricate cases. Armed with your extensive social work knowledge and an unwavering focus on the welfare of children, you’ll navigate complex situations to secure optimal outcomes for our most vulnerable youngsters.

Your expertise will shine as you guide and support colleagues in their professional growth, playing a pivotal role in elevating best practices across our team.

This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

 

If you hold a recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or CQSW) and are registered with Social Work England, we want to hear from you.

Your hands-on experience in working with looked after children, child protection, court proceedings, and timely assessments will be your foundation for success in this role.
