We have an exciting role on offer within our Children’s Services as a Administrator.

About Us

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator to join our Children’s Care Meeting Support Team. Middlesbrough Children’s Services is committed to delivering an effective and comprehensive frontline service with-customer excellence in mind. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills and experience of complex minute taking.

You will be required to provide support to Panel meetings, Strategy Meetings and Child Protection Conferences which will include detailed minute taking, setting up agendas, sending invitations via email, updating data systems and excel spreadsheets, call handling and distributing relevant information via email.

All business support responsibilities are required to be delivered to high standard with accuracy and completed in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the work a high level of confidentiality is required. The post holder will be expected to be flexible and accommodating.
