Summary:

 

Energean is seeking to employ an Administrative Assistant for our offices in Tel-Aviv. The Energean Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing daily high-level administrative support to the senior management, as well as to the activities of the CEO’s office. This position requires a proactive and organize professional who can handle a wide range of administrative tasks, manage executive schedules and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

•    Manage the CEO’s calendar. Plan and host meetings.
•    Act as a primary point of contact between the Country Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
•    Arrange and prepare materials for executive meetings, conferences and presentations.

•    Follow up on action items as directed by the CEO.
•    Organize domestic and international travel arrangements for senior Energean staff.
•    Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipating the CEO’s needs and providing proactive support to enhance efficiency.

•    Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment. Order and manage office supplies, manage conference rooms readiness to host meetings and support front desk as needed.
•    Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful execution of company events.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
•    Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant supporting top-level executives.
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Highly proficient in office software (particularly Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PPT)
•    Familiarity with office equipment like printers and video-conference, etc.

•    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and to cultivate and build strong internal and external relationships.
•    Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

•    English and Hebrew speaker
