The Collection is a free venue finding agency within the WSH group based in Central London. We have a family of incredible venue partners and event spaces not only in London but the rest of the UK. Our primary purpose is to increase event bookings within our group venues and to develop client accounts within the group, however we can recommend and work with any UK venue. We take pride in having a high level of knowledge in the industry, and the personable and bespoke service we offer continues to gain the trust of clients to deliver the right solutions for each and every event.

The Account Manager role plays a pivotal part in the success of The Collection. As a key team member, you will be working with our clients ensuring we maximise their experience and create exemplary relationships. You will play a part in the development of The Collection to ensure the business develops in line with the pace of the market. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader and forward thinker. You will be customer orientated with a drive to achieve goals and have good knowledge of the London events market including venues and suppliers.

  • Deliver personal sales target annually and support the team to deliver overall annual sales targets
  • Upselling at all times to ensure all revenue opportunities are optimised
  • Support and develop group pitches to win new business and retain existing clients
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure a personalised service
  • Management of CRM and ensuring all opportunities are accurately recorded
  • Support the development of the annual marketing plan to ensure delivery of business objectives that appreciates the brand’s personality
  • Supporting web content creation and management of accuracy of website activity and venue uploads
  • Support with the delivery of the digital content plan
  • Support the client event plan to ensure
